Little House in the Big Woods by Laura Ingalls Wilder
part of grief is denial right?
so it’s perfectly normal that i’m pretending it didn’t happen and saturating my mind with online puzzles and feel-good movies and avoiding sleep…avoiding that empty bed…and the silence everywhere but in my mind
haha…but then, wouldn’t you know it? My little prince charming calls and doesn’t want to sleep over at Uncle Jonathan’s. At least not without me. How on earth would I make it through without him? Off to have a snuggle and sleep in a very busy house where I’m sure to be disturbed all night long, but I’ll be surrounded by love.
